Submissions

*All submissions MUST include associated forms from the program handbook to be considered complete.

Submissions should be submitted via the online management system. Only if there are problems with this system, and with the approval of the judge coordinator, may submissions be sent via email to:

City and Student Name Submission*
Due October 19, 2012
Submission must be made with the form the NJ Region provides, which is available for download at the bottom of this page. Please fill in all the information, and use one form per city. The subject line of your email should read your school name and "first submission". If you have multiple teams, please send information for all teams attached to one email only.

Essay*
Due December 20, 2012
Please make essay submissions in *.doc format. If you have Office 2007, save the file as type 'Office 1997-2003'. If you have multiple teams, please send all submissions for one team together in one email.

City Narrative*
Due December 20, 2012
Please make narrative submissions in *.doc format. If you have Office 2007, save the file as type 'Office 1997-2003'. If you have multiple teams, please send all submissions for one team together in one email.

SimCity Model*
Due December 20, 2012
When submitting the Computer City (SimCity), please only submit the design city. As a reminder, you must use the starter region provided by national!

Whenever possible, email submissions are the preferred method for submitting the Computer City. All city files should be of adequate size to submit via email.

SimCity Design City files (.sc4 files) are saved within the respective region folders at the following location: My Documents - Sim City 4 Deluxe - Regions

The latest a submission can be accepted with a late penalty is 1/4/13 at 12pm. Anything submitted after this time will not be accepted and your team will be considered out of the competition and not attending on the 12th.

IMPORTANT: Check the National & NJ Regional Future City websites regularly for additional resources on all submissions!!!
