| Welcome Event Sponsor | The Welcome Event provides an opportunity for students, parents, educators, and mentors to connect and kick off the Future City Finals experience. As a Welcome Event Sponsor, your organization will receive three tickets to the event, offer welcoming remarks, and engage with students and their supporters. Your logo will be featured prominently inside the room. | $10,000 |
| Closing Celebration Sponsor | The Closing Celebration provides a central place where students, parents, educators, and mentors come together and celebrate the conclusion of Future City Finals. As a Closing Celebration Sponsor, your organization will receive three tickets to the event, offer closing remarks, and engage with students and their supporters. Your logo will be featured prominently inside the room. | $10,000 |
| Escalator Branding Sponsor | Your logo will greet attendees as they arrive at Future City Finals on a custom-designed display on the hotel escalators throughout the event. The branded escalators feature prominently in attendee photos. As an Escalator Branding Sponsor, your organization will receive two tickets to the event. | $7,500 |
| Swag Bag Sponsor | As a Swag Bag Sponsor, your company logo will be featured exclusively on the swag bags distributed to all participants and attendees. These bags will be provided at check-in and go home with attendees. Although not required, you may choose to include branded giveaways in the swag bags. As a Swag Bag Sponsor, your organization will receive two tickets to the event. | $6,500 |
| Registration Table Sponsor | The Registration Table is the first-place event attendees will see as they arrive at Future City Finals. As a Registration Table Sponsor, your organization will receive two tickets to the event and be invited to include a branded item in attendee and team packets. Your logo will be featured prominently at the Registration Table, a key connection point for all attendees. | $5,000 |
| Judges’ Room Sponsor | The judges’ room is the central hub and meeting spot for over 100 STEM professionals who will serve as judges for the Future City Finals Competition. As a Judges’ Room Sponsor, your organization will receive two tickets to the event. Your logo will be featured prominently inside and outside the room. | $5,000 |
| Ballroom Pillar Sponsor | Your logo will be featured on the pillars outside the main ballroom, offering high company visibility to all participants and attendees as they enter and exit this central space. The branded pillars feature prominently in attendee photos. As a Ballroom Pillar Sponsor, you will receive one ticket to the event. | $2,500 |
| Welcome Event Exhibitor | Welcome Event Exhibitors will have a branded 10X10 booth at the Welcome Event. Throughout the event, exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact and engage with attendees. Exhibitors will be acknowledged in the opening remarks and receive one ticket to the event. | $2,500 |
| Elevator Door Branding Sponsor | Your logo will be featured on a set of elevator doors in the main hotel lobby, ensuring your brand is visible to attendees throughout the event. As an Elevator Door Sponsor, you will receive one ticket to the event. | $1,000 |
